Why round-trip only?
Because the logistics are built into the transfer: the driver who welcomes you hands over the router, and the one who takes you back collects it. No counter, no shipping, no deposit — the loop is closed by your two rides, which is exactly what makes the service this simple and affordable.
Is the internet really unlimited?
Yes. The router carries an unlimited data plan on the Moroccan mobile network, with no hidden cap. For a couple or family with normal usage (maps, social media, videos, calls), you will not hit any limit during your stay.
What if I lose or damage the router?
A €20 fee is charged to the card used for your booking — that is the authorisation you give by ticking the box when adding the option. Nothing is held or charged as long as the router is returned to the driver.
What if the router stops working during my stay?
Contact us on WhatsApp: we replace the router within the hour, directly at your accommodation in Marrakech. That is the advantage of a local service with drivers on the ground.
