1. Legal information
The Get Me! service is published and operated by Northgate for Consulting and Engineering, a Limited Liability Company (SARL), registered with the Trade Register under number RC 163903 at the Casablanca Commercial Court.
2. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Northgate for Consulting and Engineering, operating the Get Me! service (hereinafter "the Provider"), and any individual making a booking via the getme.ma website (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any booking implies full acceptance of these T&C.
3. Services offered
Get Me! is a platform specialised in private transfers between the airport and the city. In Marrakech, the service operates transfers between Marrakech-Menara Airport (RAK) and accommodations (hotels, riads, villas, residences). Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included.
4. Service area
The Get Me! service exclusively covers transfers to or from accommodations located in the following areas:
- The Medina (intramural)
- The city centre and its immediate surroundings
Any destination outside these areas cannot be served by Get Me!. If in doubt about the eligibility of an address, the Customer is invited to contact support@getme.ma before booking. No refund will be issued for a booking made to an out-of-zone address.
5. Booking
All bookings are made online via getme.ma. They are subject to full payment at the time of order. The booking is considered confirmed after payment is received and a confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information (name, flight number, arrival time, destination address) when booking. The Provider disclaims any liability for errors due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.
6. Payment
Payments are processed exclusively by credit card via the secure Stripe platform, PCI-DSS certified. No other payment method is accepted. Get Me! does not store any banking data on its servers.
7. Cancellation and refund
The Customer may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, via the cancellation link in the confirmation email.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure, no refund will be issued. In case of no-show (absence of the Customer at the agreed place and time), the service is considered performed and no refund will be granted.
If cancellation is initiated by the Provider, the Customer will be fully refunded within 5 to 10 business days.
8. Liability
The Provider undertakes to deliver the service under the conditions booked by the Customer. Liability is limited to the amount of the service booked.
The Provider cannot be held liable in case of force majeure, exceptional weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or any other event beyond its control causing delay or inability to perform.
The Provider disclaims any liability for luggage and personal items transported.
9. Personal data
Personal data collected when booking is used exclusively for service execution. It is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transporter assigned to the ride. For any request regarding your data, contact us at support@getme.ma.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These T&C are subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the Customer will first contact the Provider for amicable resolution at support@getme.ma. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of Casablanca (Morocco).
