1. Data collected

As part of our transfer service, we collect the following data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Flight information (flight number, arrival time)
• Destination address (hotel / riad)
• Payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe)

2. Use of data

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Confirm and manage your booking
• Coordinate pickup with the driver
• Inform you in case of modification or cancellation
• Improve the quality of our services

3. Data sharing

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It may only be shared with the carrier assigned to your trip, strictly within the framework of service execution. Our technical providers (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data hosting, Resend for emails, Vercel for site hosting) are subject to strict confidentiality obligations and located in the European Union or the United States with standard contractual clauses.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Get Me! does not store any credit card information on its servers.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses two types of cookies:

• Essential cookies (always active): session, language preference, booking cart. They are necessary for the site to function.
• Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads): set only after your explicit consent. They allow us to measure audience and optimize our advertising campaigns.

You can change your preferences at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page.

6. Data retention

Your booking data is kept for 3 years from your last booking, in accordance with applicable legal obligations (accounting, taxation). Data from analytical cookies is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to portability
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw your consent to cookies
